We ship orders to street addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship orders to non-continental locations (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories). We do not ship orders to P.O. boxes and addresses outside of the United States. We use United State Postal Service (USPS) as the shipping carrier and we offer ground shipping USPS Flat Rate.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation. Please verify that your shipping address is correct as we cannot make changes to your order after the order was shipped. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If the order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee).
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when the order is shipped. Currently, orders may take 5-10 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your order, or you are missing products, contact us within 30 days after order date. If you do not report the delivery issues within the 30 days, we will not be able to issue you a refund. If the order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the picture of the product’s condition. We resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis.
All returns are subject to the terms of our return policy. If you are not satisfied following the purchase of any product, send us a message by via contact form. Products purchased online must be returned within 30 days after order date. Products must be returned in their original packaging, must not be worn, must not be used, altered or damaged. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned products. Any products that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. A refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected within 3-5 business days after processing. Late returns are not accepted. Our products are designed by artisans and diverse pieces are handcrafted; hence they may differ in size, shape and color. Our artisanal products may have slight imperfections that do not affect the esthetics or the usage of the products. We offer limited product quantity; hence, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you are not satisfied with any product, our standard 30-day return policy applies. In addition, certain sale products are final sale and these products are not eligible to be returned.
